Come visit the Dallas Arms Collectors Final Show at Dallas Market Hall This Weekend.
The sad news is that this is how gun shows die. Rotten luck in having a number shows when we had ice storm or other nasty weather. The death of vendors. And yes management that was sometimes rude to us and treated us like children.
The Dallas Arms Collectors Show was the second Texas gun show Tina and I came to way back in 2003 when we first moved to the D/FW area. It was really something in those days. Crowded like you wouldn’t believe with vendors, customers and historical exhibits too. Both halls. It took all day to wind your way through the show.
There will still be shows at this venue because Premier Shows will be putting them on starting in May. I don’t have details on those shows yet. I have also heard that this is not the end of shows by the Dallas Arms Collectors and that they will soon start having shows at South Fork, the estate made famous in the 1980s series “Dallas”.
Please stop by this weekend. Those of us who have hung on both as vendors and as promoters deserve a thanks for our efforts. Our actions are also part of the effort to preserve our Second Amendment Rights.
