The first year we started doing Gun Show we ignored holidays and did a show every week for over a year.

Got to see a lot of small community centers and got to know a lot of other vendors.  But we learned that it cost more to stay over a couple of nights to do an out of town show on a holiday such as Mother’s Day than we make.  Father’s Day tends to be a different story.

We are older now and so we scrimp and take a weekend off for these special days.
