We are not doing a show this weekend.

Our plans include watching Dunkirk and  Darkest Hour.

My parent’s generation fought the Nazis and the Japanese.  They stood up for all that is right and good and faced an enemy that was evil incarnate.

In the town where I was born there was always a parade on Memorial Day.  The stores were closed and the dead were both honored and solemnly remembered.  Those who had lost family members mourned their loss.
